Mobile Meals
Many years ago, several women at First Pres led the effort to start HELP of Beaufort’s Mobile Meals. The Mobile Meals program serves 18,000 meals a year to the elderly and disabled in our community. This service works with social workers from Beaufort Memorial Hospital to arrange meals for those who are ill, disabled or are in need of meal preparation. First Pres has volunteers drivers who pick up the 60-70 meals and deliver them Monday through Friday. To volunteer visit https://www.helpofbeaufort.org/mobile-meals.html.
