BEAUFORT YOUNGLIFE
Established in 1941, by a young Presbyterian youth leader and seminary student, YoungLife’s mission is to introduce high school students to Jesus Christ and to help them grow in faith. Young Life began with a few simple ideas about sharing the truth of God’s love with adolescents. Those simple ideas have become time-tested methods for reaching out to middle school, high school and college students in friendship and hope.
Today, Beaufort Young Life has vibrant high school and middle school ministries. Our congregation has a special relationship as a church with their YoungLives ministry that supports local teen mothers ─ by providing ongoing financial support, volunteers and a regular meeting space.
